We build the battery. You build the product.
Pacific Battery Company builds integrated battery systems — packs, modules, and energy storage — custom-engineered for your application. We own the whole battery: chemistry selection, pack design, certification, manufacturing, warranty, and field service.
The team that owns your battery
Chemistry, pack design, BMS firmware, thermal, and certification — all in-house.
Chemistry selection across LFP, NMC, NCA, LTO, and Sodium-Ion. Mechanical pack design, enclosure engineering, and vibration and IP rating work done to your duty cycle, environment, and interfaces.
In-house BMS hardware and firmware — CAN, J1939, RS485, Modbus. Thermal system design for active and liquid cooling, sized to the C-rate and ambient range your product actually runs.
Certification test planning for UL 9540, UL 9540A, UL 1973, IEC 62619, UN 38.3, and DOT. Production oversight, warranty engineering, and field service all handled in-house.
We build it. Start to finish.
Every cell, module, and pack built to your spec and tested before it leaves the line.
Production runs to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949. SPC on every line. Monthly data review. Any quality excursion triggers root cause analysis and corrective action tracked to closure.
100% lot traceability from raw material through cell, module, and pack to your serial number. If a field issue comes back, we pull the exact lot, operators, and equipment that built it.
Engineering samples in 4 to 8 weeks, built to production-intent specifications. Production lead times run 8 to 12 weeks from PO. Every order ships with a full test report.
Warranty, compliance, and field service — in-house.
Handled in-house by the engineers who built your battery.
Lot traceability from raw material to your serial number. Test reports with every shipment. Corrective action tracked to closure — no open loops.
Standard 5 years on packs. 10 years on energy storage systems. 15 years available on request for utility-scale and long-cycle programs. Warranty work runs in-house, not through a third-party service network.
Export controls, Prop 65, CCPA, and hazmat documentation all managed in-house. Class 9 dangerous goods paperwork, UN 38.3 test summaries, and Safety Data Sheets prepared for every shipment.
