Lithium motive power that actually pays off

3-shift warehouses and continuous-duty material handling live or die on battery availability. We build the packs that keep them moving.

Applications we build for

Every pack is engineered around the duty cycle, voltage, and interfaces of the vehicle it powers.

Forklifts & Pallet Jacks

Class 1, 2, and 3 electric forklifts, walkies, and order pickers. 24V, 36V, 48V, and 80V packs matched to the truck's original battery compartment and weight requirement.

AGVs & AMRs

Autonomous mobile robots and automated guided vehicles. 24V and 48V systems typical, with CAN integration for fleet-manager SOC reporting and autonomous opportunity charging.

Scissor Lifts & Aerial Platforms

24V, 48V, and 80V systems for elevated work platforms. Drop-in replacements for lead-acid that hold full voltage under load so the lift doesn't sag on the last cycle of the shift.

Airport GSE & Floor Cleaners

Baggage tractors, belt loaders, pushback tractors, and ride-on or walk-behind scrubbers. Built for tarmac duty cycles and long runtime between charges on concrete floors.

Why lithium wins the duty-cycle math

Lead-acid was the default because nothing better existed. That's no longer true. See our lead-acid replacement page for the full conversion playbook.

Zero maintenance

No watering, no acid spills, no equalization cycles. No battery room ventilation for hydrogen off-gassing. The pack is a sealed assembly — install it and run it.

Opportunity charging

Plug in during breaks and lunch instead of swapping batteries between shifts. One pack runs three shifts. No spare-battery fleet, no charging room, no hoist.

2–3x cycle life

3,000–6,000 cycles at equivalent DOD versus 1,000–1,500 for lead-acid. Lower cost per cycle. One lithium pack outlasts two or three lead-acid swaps.

Engineered for the duty cycle

Pulling into our packs page for full voltage classes and chemistry detail. Here's what's specific to motive power.

LFP chemistry

Lithium Iron Phosphate. Inherently stable across the operating range. No thermal runaway under normal abuse — the right safety profile for indoor operation and operators near the pack.

Voltage-matched

We replace lead-acid at the same nominal voltage — 24V, 36V, 48V, 80V — with no forklift reconfiguration. Same compartment, same connector, same charger if it's lithium-capable.

BMS-integrated

CAN communication with truck controllers for SOC display on the dash and charge coordination with lithium-compatible chargers. Fleet-manager telemetry available for multi-truck operations.

Certified for industrial electric vehicles

UL 2580 (battery for industrial electric vehicles), UL 1973 (stationary applications), UN 38.3 (transport), plus OSHA-compliant venting and fire safety. Test planning, lab coordination, and documentation all handled in-house.
