Raw material through cell, module, and pack — all traceable to your serial number. If a field issue comes back, we know the exact production lot and the corrective action.
SPC on every production line. Electrode coating thickness, calendering density, electrolyte fill, and formation cycling are all charted — drift is caught before it becomes a defect.
Capacity grading, internal resistance, open-circuit voltage, and visual inspection on every cell. Full test reports ship with every order — no black box, no surprises at incoming QC.
