Cell-level over/under voltage, over-current, short circuit, and over/under temperature. Pack-level redundant shutdown paths.
Balancing

Monitoring
SOC ±2–3%, SOH tracking with predictive algorithms, and NTC sensors at cell level for accurate thermal data.
